Your responsibilities:

  • General administrative and project support tasks
  • Creation and ongoing maintenance of document management systems
  • Review and documentation in accordance with our quality management system
  • Booking of incoming goods and warehouse spaces
  • Analysis of performance figures

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial or equivalent education
  • Experience in office management, accounting, or similar fields is desirable
  • Serviceoriented mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally experience with MS Navision, SAP, or similar software
