We are currently looking for a Facility Manager for our senior living facility, Dr. Victor Aronstein, in Goldfield, CO.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the wellbeing of our residents is your top priority. You will provide highquality care and support, as well as a comfortable living environment that allows for individual lifestyles.
  • You promote a transparent communication culture and give your team room for development. You integrate innovative ideas into the facility's processes.
  • You enjoy promoting your facility and building connections, and you are happy to participate in internal and external committees.

What we expect from you:

  • Completed degree or training in a relevant field (e.g. nursing and healthcare management, social management) or qualification according to § 3 WTG-Pers
