Department of Academic Staff (Dept. 3.3)


We are looking for a
Department Head (m/f/d) in the Personnel Department to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis hours/week = 100%).

The Department 3 (Personnel and Law) consists of eight departments. The Department of Academic Staff (Dept. 3.3) supports approximately 3,000 academic employees, lecturers, language teachers, and EU guest researchers with a team of 17 employees.

These employees not only make up the largest group of employees at RUB, but also play a significant role in the university's core tasks of research and teaching.

The department provides support and advice to the department and university management, as well as to the employees and their responsible managers, from job postings and hiring to issuing certificates.

We are looking for a strategic, customer-oriented leader to head this department.
