Your Role


In this position, you will be responsible for traditional recruiting tasks, from creating job profiles and targeted job postings to conducting interviews.

As the main point of contact, you will advise managers and HR representatives on recruiting and employer branding topics.


Recruiting:


  • Creating job descriptions and profiles
  • Targeted job postings
  • Applicant management and scheduling interviews
  • Active sourcing on professional networks
  • Conducting interviews
  • Managing special projects
  • Close collaboration with branch managers, departments, and HR representatives
  • Working with staffing agencies, headhunters, and agencies

Employer Branding:


  • Organizing and participating in career fairs and events
  • Managing the company's presence on job and review platforms such as Indeed, Stepstone, Kununu, and Glassdoor
  • Developing and implementing innovative employer branding measures to attract suitable professionals
  • Creating advertising and employer image materials (e.g. print and online ads, social media) and designing flyers, brochures, and employee benefits
  • Close collaboration with the internal marketing team and external service providers when needed

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology with a focus on HR, or equivalent education and training
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition and ideally in employer branding
  • Proficiency in common recruiting tools
  • Experience in active sourcing and event organization is desirable
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in
