In this role, you will have global responsibility for providing legal guidance and decision-making support to ensure the success of group-wide alliances, collaborations, and contractual relationships while mitigating potential risks.

Your responsibilities will include:

As a member of the global legal team, you will handle complex legal tasks with a global impact related to alliance management, business development, and procurement/sourcing. This includes providing counsel on global development activities with thirdparty suppliers and service providers (consultants, CROs, CMOs, R&D, clinical development, marketing and sales, etc.), collaboration partners, and licensors.
You will also guide local lawyers on globally relevant matters and provide expert legal advice to global alliance management, global business development, and global procurement.
Additionally, you will draft, negotiate, review, finalize, and take ultimate legal responsibility for global strategic contracts (e.g. master service agreements, supply agreements, license & settlement agreements, etc.) and other global contracts and legal documents.
