For one of our major clients, we are currently looking for
an employee in permanent employment who meets the following requirements:


Your tasks:


  • Contact person for our customers for all ITrelated topics
  • Incident management and change management
  • 2nd level support
  • Conducting monitoring, documentation, troubleshooting, and developing service requests
  • Development of concepts and projects within the team
  • Interface between the service desk and the 3rd level support team

Your profile:


  • Completed training as an IT specialist or similar qualifications
  • Professional experience in 2nd level support
  • Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and/or Linux
  • Class B driver's license

Framework parameters:


  • Location: Dresden
  • Duration: permanent employment with the client
