For one of our major clients, we are currently looking foran employee in permanent employment who meets the following requirements:
Your tasks:
- Contact person for our customers for all ITrelated topics
- Incident management and change management
- 2nd level support
- Conducting monitoring, documentation, troubleshooting, and developing service requests
- Development of concepts and projects within the team
- Interface between the service desk and the 3rd level support team
Your profile:
- Completed training as an IT specialist or similar qualifications
- Professional experience in 2nd level support
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and/or Linux
- Class B driver's license
Framework parameters:
- Location: Dresden
- Duration: permanent employment with the client
