Job Description:
- Painting work on a repair basis
- Painting work on a repair basis
- Minor tile work
- Minor masonry and plastering work
- Scaffolding qualification (according to construction BG)
- Creating dust walls
- Minor floor coatings
- Maintenance of paths and outdoor facilities
- Inspection and maintenance of drains, gutters, roof hatches, hydrants and underground hydrants
- Caretaker representation
Qualifications:
- Completed technical training desirable
- Basic PC knowledge in MS Office
- Class B driver's license
- High level of reliability
- Drywall knowledge
- Willingness to work on Saturdays
