Employer Branding & Internal Communications Specialist (w/m/d).

Your position is located at our Cologne office at Atlas Copco Energas, but you will also work closely with the internationally operating Atlas Copco Gas and Process Division.

You will report to the Global Communication & Digital Marketing Manager.

Your role

You plan, implement, and optimize targeted employer marketing and communication measures in the digital and offline area (including campaigns, editorial support/implementation of technical texts, support for recruiting fairs and events)
Further development of the employer brand for longterm positioning as an authentic and attractive employer
In collaboration with our agency partners, you will manage our social media presence (including Instagram, Facebook); in the context of employer marketing through content planning and creation, job postings, and community management
You coordinate and manage employer marketing relevant content on the company's website (including search engine marketing)
Development or coordination of other employer marketing materials such as flyers, image videos, or promotional gifts, as well as preparation of texts and images
Supporting the Gas and Process Marketing Communications team in the area of local and global internal communication, as well as close collaboration with
