We are currently looking for a Maintenance and Repair Employee (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg at the earliest possible date.

Your responsibilities:

You and your colleagues manage the execution of maintenance and inspection plans for technical systems for a large nationwide customer portfolio
You coordinate orders with framework contract partners and subcontractors and ensure their timely execution
You process incoming invoices, initiate orders, and track processes in our order management system
You coordinate the execution planning with responsible object and site managers (deadlines, subcontractor selection, prices)

Your qualifications:

You have completed a technical or commercial education
You have an understanding of commercial processes and connections when handling processes in an order management system
Experience in maintenance management or coordinating facility management is desirable
You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
You have knowledge and skills in working with CAFM/ERP systems
You are organized and a team player
