We are growing - and so is our IT support team. We are currently looking for a new team member for our European headquarters in Mainz to join us as an IT Support / First-Level Support (M/F/D).

Your main responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for sales partners and customers for technical questions via phone and email, providing sustainable support
  • Analyzing, prioritizing, and handling incoming support requests independently and solution-oriented
  • Receiving and resolving inquiries and error reports from internal employees and external service providers, conducting problem analysis and fixing errors
  • Contributing to the development of the knowledge database and creating support documentation
