Head of Human Resources Department
(m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting personnel needs and staffing planning
  • Coordinating personnel recruitment for various locations and departments within the organization
  • Monitoring personnel deployment planning through operational emergency medical services management
  • Managing and supervising personnel administration tasks
  • Planning, implementing, and monitoring personnel development
  • Promoting a positive company culture and a good working atmosphere for high employee satisfaction and retention
  • Responsibility for and implementation of company integration and health management
  • Developing and establishing an effective controlling system for the human resources management department
  • Providing quarterly reports with key HR metrics

Your profile:

  • High professional and operational competencies in areas required for human resources management (e.g. labor and collective bargaining law, personnel development, controlling)
  • Business administration education with a focus on human resources management or comparable qualification, preferably in the social/healthcare sector
  • Strong leadership and social skills
  • Experience in human resources and personnel management
  • Excellent language and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Identification with the ideals of the Red Cross
