    Description


    As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share within the automotive trim sector.

    This role demands a dynamic professional with a proven track record in sales, leadership, and strategic planning.

    HFI is a leading Tier 2 Automotive Trim Company headquartered in Canal Winchester, Ohio, specializing in delivering high-quality automotive trim solutions.

    The employee has the opportunity to sit in either Ohio or Troy, Michigan.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed company objectives.
    Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success, motivation, and professional development.
    Identify new business opportunities, forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, and expand the customer base.
    Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt strategies and secure a competitive edge.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products to meet customer expectations.
    Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

    Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    Deep understanding of the automotive trim industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
    Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
    Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
