Description

Position:

As a Sales Representative, you will advise our customers during their purchasing process and translate their needs into the right choice for them in the right way.

You will advise customers and provide the correct information and service that CBOX Containers represents;
You will maintain good customer contacts with both warm and cold leads;
You will handle daily phone and email inquiries;
You will create quotes and process customer orders.

Don't have any knowledge in our industry or the products we sell? No problem We offer internal training and training days. Additionally, you will learn a lot from your colleagues and they will help you expand your knowledge level.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a sales representative;
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification through education and/or work experience;
Technical understanding through education and/or work experience or a strong affinity for technology;
Good communication skills; you are a good listener, ask good questions, and ensure optimal customer contact;
A service-oriented attitude. You think along with the customer and are solution-oriented;
Good verbal and written proficiency in German and English.
