Speaker for Electricity Energy Scenarios" - Fleming, United States - Skyline Enterprises
Description
Job ID: 8171
Use your excellent analytical skills and IT knowledge to shape the energy transition by developing consistent, cross-sectoral scenarios.
You will independently develop and model scenarios for the future European energy system to achieve political goals. You will also play a crucial role in advancing methods for scenario development.
When creating scenarios, you will consider current research findings and political frameworks to translate projected increases in new consumers and storage, such as electric vehicles, PV storage, heat pumps, and power-to-gas plants, into load profiles and flexibility models that can be used for system optimization.
Your strong IT skills will help you efficiently process the large amounts of data required for scenario development. By using cost-benefit analyses and simplified representations of other energy sectors, you will ensure a high level of consistency in the scenarios.
In collaboration with national and international working groups, your precise communication, enjoyment of teamwork and networking, good German and English language skills, and interest in understanding the perspectives of other stakeholders will be valuable assets.
