1st Level Support & partial 2nd Level Support:
Receiving and handling incident and service requests in the IT environment
Resolving Windows client issues on-site or through remote control
Installing new hardware and software components
Preparing and conducting hardware rollouts
Contributing to continuous improvement and optimization
Possible involvement and support in setting up a mobile device management and digitalization projects
Further development opportunities in the IT department


Requirements:
Education in an IT field or equivalent qualifications (expert, entry-level, career changer)
Knowledge of Windows
Experience in setting up a service portal
High standard of customer service
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
Team spirit, commitment, and flexibility
Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing.
