Technology Resource Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients/prospects and ensuring that we are providing exceptional service.
RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and promoting our staffing services to them.Manage and grow relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
Act as a liaison between clients,candidates and recruiters.Meet or exceed revenue targets by effectively managing client accounts and expanding our client base.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our services.
REQUIREMENTS3+ years of experience in business development and account management preferably within the staffing industry or automotive industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
