- The role's primary objective will be managing the day-to-day operations of 10-15 dedicated accounts. This includes a combination of recruiting 50%, account management 30%, and recruiter mentoring/development 20%.
- Work with the Business Development Manager to execute recruiting strategies within dedicated accounts.
- Provide mentoring and development for recruiters assigned to your team.
- Effectively balance personal recruiting efforts with account and team development.
- Drive Aegis' recruitment process. This includes req qualifying and write-up, client submittals, requalifying, references, interview preps, interview debriefs, closing candidates, start forms, and onboarding.
- Support account development strategies, which may include additional locations, recruiting disciplines, and/or departments.
- Effectively prioritize job reqs to recruiting team on a weekly basis.
- Support business development activities through weekly reference check/flips, leads, and account development opportunities (introductions into new departments and/or locations).
- Responsible for the growth and development of the recruiting team in the following areas: accountability to metrics, sourcing strategies, platform diversity, Aegis recruiting processes (profile->candidate close), and reporting accuracy.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in your accounts.
- Success Factors: recruiting execution (fills and spread), account growth (departments, spread, locations, disciplines), and recruiter development.
- Previous account management experience
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
- Willingness and ability to travel (Locally)
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5 Years of Inside or Outside Sales Experience
- Hands-on training supported by your team and leadership
