- Ability to work with Cross Functional Teams a must
- Languages: English (required), Spanish (plus)
- Travel: US customers, plants in Mexico, Europe, and China (as needed)
- Manage customer account activities, while supporting Key Sales Leader direction
- Assist Key Sales Leader with new business acquisition process via RFQ kick-off and daily meetings to ensure RFQ on-time/accurate
- Assist with quoting of Engineering Change Management process (along with PM, Engineering and Costing)
- Support Purchasing with supplier selections and competitiveness
- Develop external customer relationships through effective communication, courtesy, and exceeding expectations
- Drive optimization of being actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts
- Function in highly collaborative environment where flexibility and teamwork is critical to success
- Assist Key Sales Leader with overall Program Sales Strategy/Clear action plans
- Manage and assist with On-Time invoicing of Tooling and EDD
- Support JQMX with SAP and accurate pricing for monthly invoicing
- Manage Purchase Order History, to ensure customer accuracy
