- Create an annual sales strategy for the organization by working closely with the CEO, Product Development, and Marketing teams.
- Develop a detailed objective road map setting annual sales quotas and goals, with YOY growth of greater than 10%.
- Utilize KPI's, dashboards and NetSuite to manage outcomes, create stretch goals and ensure accountability and performance coaching.
- Work with the VP of Corporate Development to create an annual budgeted for revenue and expense projections.
- Create budgets for regional Sales training, motivation and inspiration sessions.
- Ensure that the sales department works cross functionally with executives and/or team members from other departments to ensure timely resolution of all customer issues, and/or concerns.
- Hire, train and develop new team members.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate new lead sources and expand the target customer base.
- Attend trade shows and or industry events to help develop vertical and horizontal relationships.

- Effective at planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data and projecting future performance
