    On the sales team, we have all sorts of roles and skill-sets, and are looking to enhance our project management and inside sales depth.

    We're proudly in business for over 24 years and have a very seasoned depth of wonderful clients, and referrals. Our team focuses on pleasing our Key Accounts and prioritize most of our efforts and activities supporting this philosophy.

    We have a groovy designed space that our team loves - right in the heart of the bustling Cultural District in Pittsburgh.

    If you are new to the industry, with the right attitude, we are very willing to train you up on our proprietary order entry system as well as product knowledge, color, design, etc.

    Account Manager Responsibilities:
    Has a thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities, and pricingMaintains a professional appearanceEnsure all clients have a positive customer experienceCan easily provide customers with the benefits they will experience when using our products and services (might be duplicated below in the value-added area)


    Consults with customers to help them make decisions; up-sells and cross-sells when there are opportunitiesAsks probing questions to support the internal team's ability to produce the client requested projectReviews customer's proofs, manages the proofing process, and calls customers when jobs are ready for pick upCreates job estimates that are prepared in a timely manner, professionally presented and carefully reviewed for job pricing and accuracyRoutinely resolves customer inquiries and complaintsDisplays necessary mastery of MIS tools to create and estimate customer projects effectively.

    Maintains current pricing strategies and customer billing proceduresAccount Manager QualificationsAccount Management experience is preferred but not requiredKnowledge of design/marketing/branding, signage, printing, and direct mail is a plusPossesses a solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processesHandles all communications with customers in a professional and respectful mannerStrong analytical skills (break projects into steps or sets)Excellent writing and verbal skillsProfessional appearance and decorumStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to shift priorities, quickly and as neededAbility to be part of a strong, successful teamLooking for a career, not a job Compensation:
