Alissa Owens

I am a dedicated and driven mother of three children who thrives in high pressure environments while being a homebody.I’m known for being someone who never backs down from a challenge and is always working on ways to improve efficiency and satisfaction. My passions are Project Development and Resolution Management. I love to think out of the box and be creative and artistic in all that I do while ensuring  policies and standard protocols are being followed exactly as directed. I have several years of experience leading  team huddles, team trainings, team projects which Includes the creation and distribution of all related training materials including the team spreadsheet formates and agendas. I also love building and implementing Sharepoint resources and other tools for the submission of reporting and record keeping. 

Background in Resolution Management and Project Development for a Healthcare Insurance plan for the last 9 years. I’n addition I have experience within the Banking and Mortgage Industry that includes handling of the vender accounts. Prior to my office related work I worked odd jobs cleaning, waiting tables or bartending while I completed some course work in Social Work.

My last relevant education would be some coursework back in 2009 through 2011 at the Community College of Allegheny County for Social Work.
