    Here you will help solve challenging problems that have never been solved before, with the autonomy to use whatever methods you think best.

    Formlogic's intelligent automation uses machine learning and physics simulation to provide close tolerances and rapid turnaround at low production costs.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at our Pittsburgh factory.

    As an Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and ensuring accuracy in our accounting processes.

    Responsibilities

    Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and records
    Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
    Perform month-end and year-end close processes
    Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes
    Run Payroll and own the compliance for various states
    Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
    Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards
    Assist in ERP design and implementation
    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
    7 plus years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
    Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Quickbooks and NetSuite
    Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    CPA certification is a plus
