    Description

    Accounting Manager

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. You will play a crucial role in managing the accounting team and implementing effective financial processes and controls. If you have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving organizational success, we would love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

    • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis, adhering to applicable accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain compliance.
    • Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of journal entries.

    Qualifications of the Accounting Manager:

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role, demonstrating strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Extensive experience with accounting software and ERP systems; knowledge of SAP or Oracle is a plus.
