    Description

    **Sales Manager**

    **Department:** Sales **Location:** Naperville, IL

    A rapidly growing company in the healthcare industry that offers medical waste disposal, infectious sharps waste management, OSHA compliance training, including HIPAA-compliant document shredding and data destruction services. We help to keep the healthcare industry safe and complaint so they can focus on what matters most, the patients.

    **Key Responsibilities**

    Achieve growth and hit sales targets by yourself and by successfully managing a sales team

    Provides leadership to the inside sales team.

    Motivates and encourages inside sales team to ensure customer expectations are met.

    Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.

    Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests products or services that will meet those needs.

    Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales goals and strategies.

    Performs other duties as assigned.
