**Key Responsibilities**
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by yourself and by successfully managing a sales team
Provides leadership to the inside sales team.
Motivates and encourages inside sales team to ensure customer expectations are met.
Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests products or services that will meet those needs.
Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales goals and strategies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
