    Job Duties / Responsibilities:

    Increase Site level Sales:
    Ensure all team members are well-versed and knowledgeable on how to successfully offer car wash package offerings, discuss pricing, and sell the benefits of the unlimited wash club membershipWork with management to set daily, weekly and monthly Unlimited Wash Club (UWC) goals and ensure those goals are met or exceeded by team membersAchieve quarterly and annual goals Update KPI board dailyManage placement of team members at pay station appropriatelyInterview interested candidates to evaluate sales skillsMeet with Manager once per week to discuss overall team member sales performanceParticipate in weekly sales meetings with Site Manager or General ManagerSales Coach and Trainer:Conduct ongoing sales training with team members to ensure the pitch stays fresh and relevant course correct when necessaryCoach and train team members on promotional events and teach how to communicate efficiently and effectively to customersTeach how to suggestive sell a wash, teach ice breakers and how to use themTeaching the importance of explaining the recharge to a customerIdentify trouble points in the sales pitch and change up as necessaryCoach team members on how to overcome customer objectives Motivate and inspire to sell throughout the dayCreate team motivating games and contests to insure a positive attitude in the sales lanes

    Customer Service Champion:
    Ensure each customer visit is a joyful experience to encourage return visitsOffer friendly greeting to each customerMinimize wait timesPromptly address customer complaintsDisplay a positive attitude with customer and team membersGreet and beat every customer at the pay station, wave hello and goodbye to exiting customersUnderstand overall wash operations to effectively answer customer questionsEnsure team members are checking truck beds and looking for hitches and previous damage and calling out retracts to the guide on associates

    QualificationsRequired Skills/ Abilities:
    Ability to motivate staff.
    Communicate positively with managers, co-workers, & customersOrganized and attention to detailWorks well under pressure; ability to multitaskAbility to sell memberships and teach other team members how to offer memberships to new customersRequired Education and Experience:High School Diploma or Equivalent1+ year sales experience in retail or similar environmentAbility to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and select holidays

    Physical Requirements:
    Working in non-climate-controlled environments, being outside in all types of weather conditionsFrequent walking, standing, and ability to being on your feet for long periods of timeAbility to work independentlyAbility to lift 50 poundsPhysical mobility to include reaching, grabbing, stretching, squattingWorking with loud mechanical equipment for long periods of time
