    Job DescriptionDescription:

    We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual Property Manager to oversee the management of our rental properties. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Spanish and English and possess excellent communication skills. The Property Manager will be responsible for lease agreements, move-in and move-out processes, rent collection, lease renewals, scheduling routine inspections, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our tenants.

    **Responsibilities:**

    1. **Lease Agreements:**

    Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements with tenants, ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations.

    Clearly communicate lease terms and policies to tenants.

    Address any tenant inquiries or concerns related to lease agreements.

    2. **Move-In and Move-Out Processes:**

    Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including property inspections, key handovers, and security deposit handling.

    Conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections and document property conditions accurately.

    3. **Rent Collection:**

    Monitor rent payments, send reminders, and follow up on overdue accounts.

    Handle rent collection through various methods, including online platforms.

    Initiate eviction proceedings, if necessary, in compliance with legal requirements.

    4. **Lease Renewals:**

    Proactively communicate with tenants regarding lease renewals.

    Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and lease extensions.

    Ensure timely execution of lease renewals and updates.

    5. **Routine Inspections:**

    Schedule and conduct routine property inspections to assess the condition of the property.

    Identify maintenance or repair needs and coordinate timely resolutions.

    Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

    6. **Bilingual Communication:**

    Effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, and colleagues in both Spanish and English.

    Translate documents and correspondence as needed.

    Requirements:

    Previous experience in property management or a related field.

    Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

    Knowledge of local and state housing laws and regulations.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and diplomacy.

    Familiarity with property management software and tools is a plus.

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
