Director of Property Management Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
  • Oversee the leasing process, including advertising vacancies, conducting property tours, and negotiating lease agreements
  • Ensure all properties are properly maintained and repairs are completed in a timely manner
  • Monitor market trends and competition to make recommendations for rental rate adjustments
  • Enforce compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws
  • Manage resident relations, including addressing complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure properties are wellmaintained and meet company quality standards
  • Prepare and present regular reports on property performance to ownership
  • Provide leadership guidance in all departments, ensuring inspection are passed, delinquent rent is payed, and vacant units are turned over in a timely manner.

Director of Property Management Requirements:


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in property management in a leadership role
  • Familiarity with property maintenance best practices
  • Indepth understanding of Fair Housing regulations, and other relevant laws
  • Proficiency in property management software, preferably Appfolio
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay:
$75, $120,000.00 per year
