I acquired strong project management skills for the last 15 years in Italy. I will provide advice on maintaining the properties and making updates as necessary to stay current with design trends and guest expectations

Consult with property owners and management teams to understand their design needs and goals, as well as the unique characteristics of each property.

Oversee the implementation of design plans, ensuring that the final result is consistent with the agreed plan and meets high standards of quality and guest appeal.

Stay current with design trends, as well as trends and expectations specific to the short-term rental market, and advise clients on necessary updates or enhancements. 

 

Experience

With my extensive background in public relations, event management, and ownership and management of the event location "Espace d'hotes," in Milan coupled with my unique life experiences and expertise, I believe I am an ideal candidate to contribute to your organization's success in the field of interior design and short rental apartments settings.

In 2020, I relocated from Milan to Los Angeles for family reasons and have since become a Green Card resident in the United States.One of my significant experiences that I would like to highlight is my ownership and management of "Espace d'hotes."  Through this venture, I had the opportunity to transform and design an event location to create unique and inviting atmospheres that left a lasting impression on guests. This hands-on experience allowed me to refine my skills in space planning, aesthetics, and creating environments that cater to various preferences and event requirements.
