The
Property Manager will provide leadership to site staff, direction for building operations, customer service, resident relations, property budget management, rent collections, leasing, compliance and guidance on maintenance priorities.
This position will lead operations at
3552 Whittier, which is a 64-unit affordable community serving area families in Los Angeles, CA.
Pay:
$28.00/hour DOE

Minimum Qualifications of Position
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord and Tenant laws.
- Experience being accountable for financials.
Preferred Qualifications of Position
- Professional certification in property or affordable housing management.
- Minimum two (2) years of administrative, accounting, customer service, and/or supervisory experience.
- Previous housing or property management experience including HUD, Low Income Tax Credits, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties.
Knowledge and Skills
- Comprehend and communicate in the English language both orally and in writing.
- Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
