Los Angeles real estate management firm seeks a full-time Property Manager.Primary responsibilities include:
- Supervise maintenance staff
- Maintain quality standards of all repair and renovation work Maintain condition of all properties
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as a property manager, maintenance manager or similar role
- Speak fluent Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Working knowledge of the Section8 voucher system
- Working knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Possess a vehicle for work use, and able to regularly travel between properties
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software, comfortable using mobile apps
- Experience using property management software a plus
