    Job Requirements:
    • Build relationships within the market to assist the sales team in establishing new accounts
    • Successfully motivate and mentor Account Managers to achieve monthly sales performance objectives.
    • Increase the volume of existing accounts
    • Generate additional sales in assigned territory
    • Be primary point of contact and build long term relationships with customers
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and primary stakeholders
    • Analyze the territory, develop, execute and monitor sales programs
    • Develop and manage delivery of on-going training and education programs for sales team.
    • Employee recruitment, development and recognition of sales professionals and support staff

    Requirements

    Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years of managerial experience with a proven track record of success

      •Ability to persuade, convince, influence, and impress others to gain support and the ability to teach or foster development in others

      •Exceptional leadership, communication, judgment, and strategic planning with prudent risk taking abilities

      •8+ years of HVAC, construction, refrigeration, control systems or related industry sales experience

      •Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high performance work teams
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Power Point, Excel and Word
