    Job Description

    A partner of Insight Global is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. This person will be starting up and leading the sales division for a company that provides voice and data network products, structured cable, installation and engineering design solutions.

    Responsibilities include:

    Developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve the organization's goals

    Develop plans to acquire new customers

    Generate prospect accounts and leads

    Read and review RFPs and RFQs and put together quotes for customers

    Develop and hire a sales team

    Create and track sales performance analytics
