    Are you a professional who has a solid background in building relationships and a passion for selling and providing best solution for customers?We have a great opportunity for a Marketplace Sales Manager, supporting the Nashville market.

    This position reports to our Market Leader and is based out of our Nashville, Tennessee office.


    Your Job:

    • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Novatech' s customer base
    • Coaching, mentoring, and training sales team
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasting to executive teams
    • Identify emerging market and market shifts while being fully aware of industry products and services and competition status
    • Network with the local community and seek new business
    • Exemplify how to hunt new business by cold calling and responding to leads
    • Train reps on how to maintain assigned territory with excellent customer service

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Demonstrated success in outside sales
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales leadership
    • Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close
    • Strong business acumen and industry expertise (or willingness to become an expert)
    • Phenomenal mentoring, coaching and people management skills Novatech, Inc
