- Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute sales goals for the region
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Develop specific plans to ensure growth; both long and short-term
- Review regional expenses and recommend improvements to reduce expenses
- Maintain current knowledge of supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Review and revise sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture opportunities
- Accomplish regional sales staffing objectives by selecting, recruiting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, and enforcing policies and procedures
- Expand customer base by mentoring district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
- Assist sales personnel enhance and refine their techniques: manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target
- Educate sales team with presentations by providing regular meetings, strategies, and seminars
- 5+ years of sales experience (Jan/San and Food Service)
- 4+ years in a managerial role, mentor, or coach
- Creative problem-solving skills

This position reports to the Vice President of Sales. Relocation is available.
