Description

Industrial and Marine Services Company in Houston area is currently hiring an experienced Sales Manager to join their team In this role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing and growing the company's core business accounts.

Responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, implementing sales strategies, and enforcing contract compliance across all accounts.

Salary:
$95K - $115K/yr. base + commission (total average compensation $140K/yr.)

The perfect Sales Manager for our client will have:

BS in business, sales or engineering with 1-3 years' experience in the Heavy Engine Industry, or 5+ years' proven experience in a related position
Basic knowledge of combustion, diesel, gas and dual fuel engines and shipboard systems
Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time throughout the year position can be based out of Houston, Miami, or Ft. Lauderdale
