Due to the unprecedented growth, we have experienced over the past several years, we are excited to share that we are expanding to Houston and will be searching for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to build and lead our team of in-home Sales Professionals.


Job Summary:


As the Sales Manager, you will have full responsibility for ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas on a weekly basis.

This includes setting individual sales targets, tracking sales goals, facilitating ongoing training for the sales team, ensuring the utilization of our sales systems and brand standards 100% of the time, fostering a team culture aligned with the overall company values, and maintaining a team of consistent top performers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, develop, coach, and motivate a team of 810 inhome Sales Professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive sales results and meet weekly quotas while tracking individual and team performance.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the sales team's skills and product knowledge.
  • Ensure the utilization of sales systems and brand standards by the team.
  • Foster a team culture that is aligned with the overall company values and goals.
  • Maintain a highperforming team of consistent top performers.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven success in 1appointment, inhome, home improvement sales management.
  • Experience managing a team of 6 or more inhome sales professionals.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated track record of motivating and developing a sales team.
  • Exceptional drive, persistence, and a commitment to achieving growth targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Business savvy with a strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on exceeding KPIs.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive and able to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
$125, $225,000.00 per year
