_sign company sales and project manager _DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales management & leadership
- Hit sales quotas.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team.
- Create sales forecasts.
- Design & implement a scalable sales strategy.
- Continuously iterate on & improve upon sales processes
- Project expected sales volume & formulates steady growth
- Keep the team motivated MONTHLY TARGETS for INBOUND & OUTBOUND SALES 45k to 55K in sales for the first 3 months & strategically increase based on lead forecasts & projection.
Employee shall receive an annual salary of $100k + with monthly evaluations and potential bonuses as deemed appropriate; said amounts to be determined in the sole discretion of the Employer.
