DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales management & leadership
  • Hit sales quotas.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team.
  • Create sales forecasts.
  • Design & implement a scalable sales strategy.
  • Continuously iterate on & improve upon sales processes
  • Project expected sales volume & formulates steady growth
  • Keep the team motivated MONTHLY TARGETS for INBOUND & OUTBOUND SALES 45k to 55K in sales for the first 3 months & strategically increase based on lead forecasts & projection.


Employee shall receive an annual salary of $100k + with monthly evaluations and potential bonuses as deemed appropriate; said amounts to be determined in the sole discretion of the Employer.

Paychecks will be issued as follows: - Twice a month Employee will be entitled to other similar benefits of employees of similar rank and position after completion of 6 month employment
