- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline of qualified allied health professionals
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with client requirements
- Verify credentials, licenses, and certifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements for allied health positions
- Provide regular updates to clients on the recruitment progress and candidate selection
- Create compelling job postings and descriptions to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize marketing and branding strategies to promote open positions and attract top talent
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Provide guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the interview process
- Assist in salary negotiations and facilitate the offer acceptance process
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with industry regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or allied health field
- Knowledge of allied health professions, qualifications, and certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively in a remote environment
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position, and you will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits

A remote recruiter in the field of Allied Health is responsible for identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for various healthcare and allied health positions. Allied Health refers to a broad category of healthcare professionals who work alongside doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals to provide essential support and services. This could include roles such as medical laboratory technicians, radiologic technologists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, respiratory therapists, and more.
