Job Overview:
Duties:
- Assist with job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Assist with drafting offer letters and employment contracts.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including employee orientation and paperwork completion
- Assist with campus recruitment efforts, including attending career fairs and coordinating information sessions
- Support employee relations initiatives, including employee engagement surveys and recognition programs
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including lead generation and social media management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with campus recruitment strategies and best practices
