Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Assist with job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Assist with drafting offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including employee orientation and paperwork completion
  • Assist with campus recruitment efforts, including attending career fairs and coordinating information sessions
  • Support employee relations initiatives, including employee engagement surveys and recognition programs
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including lead generation and social media management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Familiarity with campus recruitment strategies and best practices
