As a key member of our team, you'll be able to use your unique experience to help support the advancement of life saving medical research.

As a full time Administrative Assistant III you will collaborate with the Project Coordinator in organizing, scheduling, and participating in youth and advisory board meetings.

You will assist the research team with recruitment of new community partners, assist in data collection for QI efforts, and help assist with updates to the website based on QI recommendations.

Pay Range:
$ $40.44 hourly.

Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of research methods including Privacy and Confidentiality required.
Demonstrated research and data analysis skills required. Experience in data analysis is a plus.
Excellent speaking and written skills, attention to detail, and strong initiative required.
Ability to communicate and work effectively as a team member.
Proficiency with MAC and PC based computers and MS Office software required.
Able to provide transportation for self to and from community sites and academic offices.
