Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Direct Hire Tech Recruiting at a recruiting agency or executive search firm Proven track record of success in the recruiting industry with ideally $500k+ in lifetime billings Excellent Communication Skills High sense of urgency Desire to build and grind

This Position is Hybrid Remote in West Los Angeles.

Compensation- Base Salary with Draw Commission Model starting at 50%- Equity (Stock Options)- Health/Dental/Vision Insurance- Unlimited PTO
