Key Responsibilities:

Screening and Evaluation:

Client Collaboration:

Job Posting and Marketing:

Utilize marketing and branding strategies to promote open positions and attract top talent

Interview Coordination:

Offer Negotiation:

Assist in salary negotiations and facilitate the offer acceptance process

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all recruitment processes comply with industry regulations and standards

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or allied health field
Knowledge of allied health professions, qualifications, and certifications
