    A successful Boston medical malpractice law firm has an opportunity for a talented litigation legal assistant to join its team. The Legal Administrative Assistant hybrid role comes with a generous salary of $60K-$80K and many compelling benefits.

    As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will perform a broad range of administrative tasks and clerical duties in support of the firm's litigation assistants.

    In your first few weeks in this Legal Administrative Assistant role, you can expect to:

    • Prepare documents, pleadings, and correspondence
    • Data entry in case management software
    • Answer telephones
    • File court documents
    • To apply for this Legal Administrative Assistant role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:2+ years of administrative support, specifically in litigation
    • Excellent MS Office Suite skills and a desire to learn
    • Flexibility and the ability to prioritize and multitask
