    **Accounting Software Support Specialist**

    We are growing and looking for a full time **Accounting Software** **Implementation and Support Specialist** in our Gahanna, Ohio office.

    The ideal candidate must be a confident, goal-driven, self-starter who is eager to dive right into this position. You are naturally curious and find satisfaction in solving puzzles and problems. You are outgoing with a positive attitude, enjoy helping others, and possess a strong work ethic.

    **Responsibilities include:**

    Full Accounting software installations, training, and support throughout the United States.

    Provide remote support to customers; software training, answering software-related questions, specializing in Accounting - A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Payroll, and Cash Management. You will diagnose and resolve accounting and software problems, as well as troubleshoot hardware (printers and computers) and network issues.

    TCP/IP trouble shooting issue and resolutions

    SQL script and report writing

    Data conversion & validation

    Create, prioritize, work, and close support tickets in B2B help desk software.

    Product software testing for quality assurance

    Travel 10-20% overnight travel

    **Experience and Required Skills**

    Must possess strong Microsoft Windows, MS Office Suite, and network infrastructure knowledge.

    Accounting Degree strongly preferred. You must have complete understanding of accounting and financial principles.

    Experience with VPN, remote desktop, network and hardware troubleshooting

    Experience with SQL query writing, report writing

    Efficient and well organized; skilled in managing multiple tasks. The office culture is team-oriented rather than hierarchical, so individuals must be self-motivating and able to produce professional results with very little supervision.

    Strong business analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

    Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Exceptional focus on customer care

    Solid understanding of accounting principles a plus
