    You will provide contemporary services and work with IT teams and vendors to provide compliant hardware, infrastructure, network, software support and complex problem resolution in a fast paced environment.

    You will identify root causes and manage escalations as necessary. You will resolve IT issues and guide users through solutions to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • End to end IT support
    • Update self-help documents
    • IT asset set up and decommissioning
    • Documentation and reporting
    • Install and upgrade systems and applications
    • Test fixes, post-resolution follow-up
    • Participate in audits
    • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
    • Log and track calls and tickets
    • Maintain equipment stock

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • High school diploma

    WE VALUE

    • Associates degree in a computer-related discipline
    • Client service experience, Bachelor's degree is a plus
    • Previous manufacturing environment experience
    • Supporting thin clients and label printers
    • Understand networking concepts; servers; LANs/WAN
    • Experience using help desk call logging system
    • Excellent customer focus
    • Conveys information with clarity, ensuring messages are understood across diverse, global teams
    • Ability to use desktop computer hardware and software knowledge to assess, diagnose, and correct problems for customers
    • Programming knowledge is a plus
    • Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision

    TranscriptHi, my name is Stefanos Gazis and I work on the IT e-commerce team. On a day-to-day basis, I work with external vendors, the business side of Honeywell, including sales and marketing team, and work with the SBG or business IT partners. Some of the main things that I work on are helping program, forecast, and maintain the e-commerce websites to make sure that all of the new and latest e-commerce capabilities are updated and a part of our e-commerce systems. What we do on a day-to-day basis helps improve the customer experience, both internally from the Honeywell side, as well as externally to the different various customers that Honeywell serves.
