- Greets and checks in patients for scheduled appointments.
- Checks out patients and schedules future appointments.
- Prepares documents for future appointments.
- Scans paperwork into appropriate folders in Next Gen/Affinity.
- Reviews/Verifies demographics and insurance for all patients.
- Answers telephones, returns phone calls to patients, and creates tasks in Next Gen as needed.
- Provides clerical support to APN's/Physician's & HBH staff, as needed.
