We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our location in Babenhausen.

Providing support and advice to our customers

Selling our products over the phone (heating oil, pellets, diesel, natural gas, and electricity)

Planning and implementing measures to maintain and retain our existing customer base

Calculating and creating offers

Managing orders and ensuring quality control

Maintaining customer data and keeping it up to date

Establishing new customer relationships

Developing and implementing sales concepts and strategies
