America's Insurance Brokers, Inc. is a family owned and operated business located in downtown Plainfield. We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.

A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls
• CSR will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current and new clients
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Ability to work effectively and positively in a fastpaced environment
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Insurance knowledge in Property/Casualty is highly recommended

Education:

• High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
