We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Providing accurate information about our services, pricing, and scheduling.
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues.
  • Performing data entry tasks with speed and accuracy to update customer records and service requests.
  • Coordinating with our lawn care technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
