Reports to Department Supervisor

The Customer Service Representative will interact with Joshua Tree Experts clients by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

  • Supervisory Responsibilities:_
  • None
  • Duties and Responsibilities:_
  • Maintain client accounts and record of client interactions with details of inquires, complaints, or comments
  • Collects and enters services for new and existing clients
  • Fields client questions and complaints
  • Accept payments over the phone
  • Follow closing procedures for clientapproved services
  • Advise Technicians, Crew Leaders, Department Supervisors, Account Managers, and Leadership of changes in services or necessary client information
  • Qualify and enter service calls
  • Prepare and mail invoices for completed services
  • Conduct quality assurance control on client accounts for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve client's problems and concerns
  • Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients
  • Enter soil testing information into client's accounts, once received back from testing
  • Conduct callaheads, as assigned
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends, if necessary
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
  • Required Education and Experience:_
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
  • Experience in Green Industry is preferred
  • Physical Requirements:_
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
